Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on BombitUP without authorization, please submit a written notice to our designated agent, including:
- Your signature (physical or electronic)
- Description of the copyrighted work in question
- Location of the allegedly infringing material within our app
- Your contact information
- A statement of your good faith belief in the infringement
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you’re authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf
Upon receiving a valid notice, we’ll promptly remove the content in question and notify the user responsible.
Counter-Notification Process
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice including:
- Your signature
- Identification of the removed material and its former location
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, of your good faith belief in the mistake
- Your contact information and consent to legal jurisdiction
We’ll forward this to the original complainant. We may reinstate the content if they don’t pursue legal action within 10 business days.
